Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We strive to ensure that all services provided by us through our website are to your full satisfaction, and are the best in the Industry at extremely reasonable and affordable rates.

All services rendered by the Company are provided on a non-refundable basis. However, there may arise situations when you desire a refund on following cases (if applicable).

  • Full Refund before Order creation on Certifying Authority Portals
  • Full Refund before Order approval on Certifying Authority Portals
  • Full Refund when you raise cancellation Request due to in-sufficient documentation
  • No Refund upon order approval on Certifying Authority Portals

Refund Mode & Duration

Refunds will be provided back to customer via online mode only (Razorpay). From the time refund request is received, the amount is refunded within 10 to 15 working days. Exact duration depends on bank holidays and their schedule in processing refund.

In addition, if your services are cancelled by the company for violation of this Agreement or the attached Acceptable Use Policy, all payments made to the Company become completely nonrefundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Request for refund must be submitted within service validity period.
